Emily Skillings

Emily Skillings is the author of Fort Not (The Song Cave, 2017) and the editor of Parallel Movement of the Hands: Five Unfinished Longer Works by John Ashbery (Ecco, 2021).

In 2023, Skillings was a recipient of a NYSCA/NYFA Artist Fellowship. A member of the Belladonna* Collaborative, she teaches creative writing at Columbia University, Yale University, The New School, and New York University.
