During a time of grief and violence, Kundiman offers a virtual space to gather in community to center our collective power to confront censorship of our realities, our stories, and our livelihoods. On the heels of this summer’s cancellation of the Asian American Lit Fest, and with Trans Day of Remembrance around the corner, Kundiman is excited to present: “Unghosted!”, a virtual reading room in celebration of diasporic Asian trans, non-binary, and gender-expansive voices. This event will be held virtually and for one day only on Zoom on Saturday, November 11th, at 3 pm PT / 6 pm ET.
Featuring Andrea Abi-Karam, Ashna Ali, H Fleix Chau Bradley, Celeste Chan, 최 Lindsay, Chaelee Dalton, River 瑩瑩 Dandelion, Eli Tareq El Bechelany-Lynch, Zeyn Joukhader, Koomah, E. Jin Mei O'Malley, Leah Lakshmi Piepzna-Samarasinha, Trish Salah, Willy Wilkinson. Curated by Ching-In Chen, Noah Arhm Choi, Chrysanthemum, and Yanyi.
