The University of Arizona Poetry Center is proud to present a reading by Adam O. Davis and Manuel Paul López.
Adam O. Davis is the author of Index of Haunted Houses (Sarabande, 2020), winner of the Kathryn A. Morton Prize. The recipient of the 2022 Poetry International Prize and the 2016 George Bogin Award from the Poetry Society of America, his work has appeared widely in journals and anthologies, including The Believer, The Best American Poetry, and The Paris Review. He has received grants and fellowships from Columbia University, the New Literary Project, and Vermont Studio Center, and he is also the co-host of the podcast, Poetry Goes to the Movies. He lives in San Diego where he teaches at The Bishop's School.
Manuel Paul López’s books include Nerve Curriculum (Futurepoem), These Days of Candy (Noemi Press, Akrilica Series), The Yearning Feed (University of Notre Dame Press), winner of the Ernest Sandeen Poetry Prize, and Death of a Mexican and Other Poems (Bear Star Press).
