Start off the month by getting your creative juices flowing! On Friday, September 6, the Makars Open Mic Series will return to Solid State Books for sharing original poetry, music, stories, comedy, and other art. Each piece should be 5 minutes or fewer so we can include as many people as possible. We'll pass around a sign-up sheet 5 minutes before start-time. The event is free and open to the public. Food and drinks will be available to purchase at the bookstore.
