Emna Zghal

Emna Zghal is a painter, printmaker, and book artist. She co-translated, with Khaled al-Hilli, Gaza: The Poem Said Its Piece (City Lights Books, 2025) by Nasser Rabbah. 

Zghal’s exhibits have been reviewed in The New Yorker, the New York Times, and Artforum, among other publications, and her artwork is held in public collections at Yale University Library, New York Public Library, Newark Museum, and the Flint Institute of Art. 

Zghal is also a professional interpreter with frequent assignments at the United Nations.
