For nearly sixty years, the Guggenheim Museum and the Academy of American Poets have brought art and poetry into deeper, fuller dialogue, hosting poets like W.H. Auden, Langston Hughes, Robert Lowell, Mariane Moore and Claudia Rankine, and embracing a mutual role in helping communities discover the immense possibilities of our imagination.
