You’re invited to join Poetry & the Creative Mind’s Producers Circle
This signature reading, fundraiser, and closing celebration of National Poetry Month features leading and legendary actors, artists, dancers, musicians, chefs, and other notable public figures sharing poems with viewers from small towns and big cities throughout the United States and countries around the world.
Hosted by Jericho Brown, Academy of American Poets Chancellor, and featuring readings by Grammy-winning classical pianist Emanuel Ax, award-winning filmmaker Sterlin Harjo, Academy Award-nominated actor Paul Giamatti, and Academy Award-winning actress Meryl Streep, among others.
Contributors to the event provide much-needed funds to help underwrite our education programs and enable us to invite viewers from around the world to join us for an uplifting reading of poems during this unifying global event.
Please reply by March 21 to be included in the invitation and April 3 to to have your name included in the broadcast.
I am not able to join the Producers Circle, but would like to make a contribution to this event.The value of the Cinquain Circle and Host Committee level benefits not tax-deductible is $100. The value of the Lyric, Villanelle, and Canto Circle level benefits not tax-deductible is $50.
