Elisabeth Frost
Elisabeth Frost is the author, with artist Dianne Kornberg, of the image-text collaboration Bindle (Ricochet Editions, 2015) and of the poetry collection All of Us (White Pine Press, 2011). With Cynthia Hogue, Frost coedited Innovative Women Poets: An Anthology of Contemporary Poetry and Interviews (University of Iowa Press, 2006) and is also the author of the critical study The Feminist Avant-Garde in American Poetry (University of Iowa Press, 2003).
She has received grants from the Ledig-Rowohlt Foundation, the Rockefeller Foundation, MacDowell, Yaddo, Fulbright Foundation, and the Rockefeller Foundation Bellagio Center.
She is the founder and editor of the Poetic Justice Institute series, formerly known as the Poets Out Loud book series, published by Fordham University Press. She teaches at Fordham University as a professor of English and women's/gender/sexuality studies and lives in New York City.
