W. J. Herbert

W. J. Herbert is the author of Dear Specimen (Beacon Press, 2021), recipient of the 2020 National Poetry Series competition and the Maine Literary Book Award for Poetry. 

Also the recipient of a 2022 Arts & Letters/Rumi Prize for Poetry, Herbert lives in Portland, Maine, on Wabanaki homelands.
