Petra Kuppers

Petra Kuppers is a white, queer, cisgender, disabled woman from Germany. She is the author of Diver Beneath the Street (Wayne State University Press, 2024) and Gut Botany (Wayne State University Press, 2020), among several other titles. A 2023 Guggenheim Fellow, she is the Anita Gonzalez Collegiate Professor of Performance Studies and Disability Culture at the University of Michigan.
