Paolo Javier is a Filipinx American poet, educator, and independent curator. He authored True Account of Talking to the 7 in Sunnyside (Roof Books, 2022), which was a finalist for the Big Other Book Award for Poetry, and O.B.B. (Nightboat Books, 2021). A former Queens Borough poet laureate (2010–14), Javier lives in Jackson Heights, Queens.
