Evans is the author of Trespassers Welcome (Blue Light Press, 2019) and Imagination Comes to Breakfast (Signature Books, 1991). 

The recipient of fellowships from Headlands Center for the Arts and the California Arts Council, Evans lives in San Rafael, California.
