Kai Carlson-Wee is the author of The Cloudmaker’s Key (Boa Editions, 2027) and Rail (Boa Editions, 2018). 

He is the recipient of both the Wallace Stegner Fellowship and the Jones Lectureship at Stanford University, a MacDowell Fellowship, and a Pushcart Prize, among other honors. 

Carlson-Wee lives in San Francisco.
