Hisham Bustani

Hisham Bustani is a poet and writer from Jordan. He is the author of seven hybrid collections of poetry and short fiction, including the English translations of The Monotonous Chaos of Existence (Mason Jar Press, 2022) and The Perception of Meaning (Syracuse University Press, 2015), which won the University of Arkansas’s Translation of Arabic Literature Award. Bustani’s poetry has also appeared in The Poetry Review, The Georgia Review, and other literary journals. He lives in Amman, Jordan.
