Emily J. Clarke

Emily J. Clarke is a poet and an enrolled member of the Cahuilla Band of Indians.

She is a two-time recipient of the Chancellor’s Award for Poetry from the University of California, Riverside, and a recipient of Hayden’s Ferry Review’s Indigenous Poets Prize.

A graduate student, Clarke lives in Rancho Mirage, California, on the traditional homelands of the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians.
