Debra Weinstein

Debra Weinstein is the author of the poetry collection Rodent Angel (New York University Press, 1996), which received New York University’s Bobst Literary Award for Emerging Writers, and the novel Apprentice to the Flower Poet Z (Random House, 2004). She was also the recipient of a 1994 fellowship in poetry from the National Endowment for the Arts.

Weinstein has taught creative writing at New York University and The New School for Social Research in New York City.
