Bijan Elahi

Bijan Elahi was born in 1945. A Persian Modernist poet, Elahi was a leading figure in the she’r-e digar movement, also known as Other Poetry, and did not publish his poems in volumes during his lifetime. After his death in 2010, his work was posthumously published in two volumes: Didan (“Vision”) (Bidgol Publications, 2014) and Javaniha (“Youths”) (Bidgol Publications, 2015).
