Arlene Keizer

Arlene Keizer is an Afro-Caribbean American poet. She is the author of Fraternal Light: On Painting While Black, which won the 2022 Stan and Tom Wick Poetry Prize and is forthcoming in 2023 from Kent State University Press. A 2022 scholar-in-residence at the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture, Keizer is a professor at Pratt Institute.
