Andrea Carter Brown

Andrea Carter Brown is the author of September 12 (The Word Works, 2021), winner of the 2022 Independent Publisher Book Awards’ Silver Medal in Poetry. The recipient of the Gustav Davidson Memorial Award from the Poetry Society of America, she is the series editor for The Word Works Washington Prize and lives in Los Angeles.
