Shira Erlichman
Shira Erlichman holds a BA from Hampshire College. She is the author of the poetry collections Is (Alice James Books, 2028); Tangerapple (Alfred A. Knopf, 2027); and Odes to Lithium (Alice James Books, 2019), winner of the Audre Lorde Award for Lesbian Poetry and a finalist for the Lambda Literary Award for Lesbian Poetry.
Erlichman is the recipient of the James Merrill Fellowship from Vermont Studio Center, a Visions of Wellbeing Focus Fellowship at AIR Serenbe, and residencies from Millay Arts, the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts, and MacDowell.
A writer and teacher, Erlichman lives in Brooklyn, New York.
