Join U.S. Poet Laureate Tracy K. Smith as she reads from her new book of poems, Wade in the Water (Graywolf Press, 2018), on Monday, April 30, 8 p.m., at the Buttenweiser Hall - 92nd St Y in New York City.
Smith will be joined by two of her favorite young poets: Jenny Xie, whose first book is Eye Level (Graywolf Press, 2018) was selected by former U.S. Poet Laureate Juan Felipe Herrera for the 2017 Walt Whitman Award; and Javier Zamora, whose debut collection is Unaccompanied (Copper Canyon Press, 2018).
