An Evening with Elizabeth Acevedo

Acclaimed Dominican-American poet and national slam poetry champion Elizabeth Acevedo reads from her new and old work, including selections from her 2016 collection Beastgirl. She will also be reading from her first novel, The Poet X, out in March of 2018. The event is being hosted by America Magazine, the Jesuit review of faith and culture.
