Frances Revel was born in 1995 and was raised in Southern Delaware. At age fourteen, she enrolled in a residential Vaganova ballet conservatory in Maine. Revel is the winner of the 2017 Aliki Perroti and Seth Frank Most Promising Young Poet Award for her poem “Hymn for the End of Drought.”
