In 2014, Mathias Svalina created a unique poetry subscription service called the Dream Delivery Service. He writes and hand delivers personalized poems to subscribers in various cities across the country by bike. The Dream Delivery Service has been featured on NPR's Morning Edition, the BBC World News, Hyperallergic, and RedeTV! in Brazil. Svalina is the author of five books, most recently The Wine-Dark Sea from Sidebrow Books, and is an editor for Octopus Books.
