A poem should (be) (Beautifully built of broken things,) owe nothing to history (Meticulously) make the clock and calendar (disassembled, disappointingly) Manic (Dismembered) Follow itself (Like a wild goose chasing south) as an ouroboros (Forever) following (a stained glass window) stillness (Shattered) reflect the rotten (Used to measure time) leave the author and audience (wrong three times) alike misunderstanding
