Mary Carolyn Davies

Mary Carolyn Davies was born in Sprague, Washington in the late 1880s, though the dates of her birth and death are often contested. She grew up in Portland, Oregon, and was the author of several collections of poetry, including Marriage Songs (H. Vinal, 1923), Youth Riding (Macmillan, 1919), and The Drums in our Street (Macmillan, 1918). She died some time around 1940.
