Jeff Clark

Jeff Clark is the author of The Little Door Slides Back (Farrar, Straus and Giroux, 2014); Ruins (Turtle Point Press, 2009); and Music and Suicide (Farrar, Straus and Giroux, 2004), winner of the James Laughlin Award. With Robert Bononno, he is the co-translator of A Roll of the Dice (Wave Books, 2024), a collection of poems by Stéphane Mallarmé. 

Clark has been a book designer for nearly thirty years and is the designer for Wave Books. His studio, Crisis, is based in Ypsilanti, Michigan, where he also does some community organizing and radical publishing.
