Poems—of all artforms—should be shared, and when we embarked on the redesign of Poets.org last year, we had just that idea in mind.

Now, any poem or anthology you create on Poets.org can be easily shared by embedding it on your blog or website. (Learn more about creating anthologies.) In fact, the Smithsonian is currently featuring an anthology of water poems we compiled for them.

Here's how to embed a poem: From any poem page, click the "< >" icon at the top of the poem. Copy the html code that appears and paste it into the source code of your blog or website. Same goes for an anthology. From any anthology, click the options button, and find the "< >" icon at the bottom of the Table of Contents page.

Enjoy!
