June Gervais grew up on the south shore of Long Island and earned her MFA in writing and literature at Bennington College. Her essays and stories have been published widely. Her many jobs have included shelving library books, taking classified ads, grassroots activism, graphic design, art direction, and teaching. Jobs for Girls with Artistic Flair is her debut novel.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Alicia Hoffman lives, writes, and teaches in Rochester, NY. She is the author of three collections of poems, most recently ANIMAL (Futurecycle Press, 2021).
